I am hereby giving you notice:
your tenancy has been terminated from this land.

Your stay here has been memerable
with your parties and ruthless fights.
But I've been considering the consequences
many days and a thousand nights.

I hate what this place has come to be
where giving you options is no longer an option.
The contract has been redeemed, my dear
because all you have brought is corruption.

The children are always screaming
and property damage is an understatement.
We agreed to swap respect for a home
apparently you've abandoned that agreement.
